1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Clarity Wellness website (findclarity.co.uk) and any services purchased from Clarity Wellness Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

By using this website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Services

Nature of services

Clarity offers wellness coaching, clinical hypnotherapy and reiki healing. These services are complementary in nature and do not constitute medical, psychiatric or psychological treatment. They are not a substitute for professional medical care.

If you are under the care of a medical professional for a mental or physical health condition, please consult them before booking with us.

Suitability

We reserve the right to decline or cease provision of services where we deem it unsafe or inappropriate to continue. In such cases, you will receive a full refund for any unused sessions.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

Booking confirmation

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email. Your place is reserved only upon confirmation.

Cancellation by you

• More than 24 hours' notice: Full rescheduling at no charge.
• Less than 24 hours' notice: May be charged at 50% of the session fee.
• No-show (no contact): Full session fee may be charged.

Cancellation by Clarity

In the unlikely event we need to cancel, we will give as much notice as possible and offer a reschedule or full refund.

4. Payments

Payment is due on the day of the session unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment by bank transfer, cash (in-person) or card. For packages and programmes, payment plans may be available — please enquire.

Our satisfaction guarantee: if you are not satisfied after your first session, we will refund you in full — no questions asked.

5. Shop & Products

Orders

By placing an order you confirm you are 18 or over. Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

Delivery

UK orders are delivered within 3–5 working days. Free shipping applies to UK orders over £50. International shipping charges apply beyond the UK.

Returns

You may return any physical product within 30 days of receipt in its original, unused condition for a full refund. Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded, unless they are faulty.

6. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during sessions is treated with the strictest confidentiality. We will not disclose session content to any third party without your consent, except where required by law (e.g. safeguarding obligations).

We may use anonymised, unidentifiable case studies for training or marketing purposes only with explicit prior consent.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Results from coaching, hypnotherapy and complementary therapies vary between individuals. Clarity makes no guarantee of specific outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clarity Wellness Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of our services or website.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, images, videos, brand assets, guides and worksheets — is owned by Clarity Wellness Ltd or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without written permission.

Free downloads are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
